The absolutely most wonderful experience we have had in a store. Ever! And we are not young pups lol Kay was such a joy to meet and interact with. Her husband is such a nice gentleman too. Kay was very well knowledgeable about the entire sleep experience. She explained everything thoroughly and in details so we could understand. My husband lost his Ray-ban's there 🙃 and we couldn't find it anywhere, but a few days later they found it and Kay promptly shipped them. We also purchased a mattress that we are waiting to get delivered since we live in OH, but Kay took care of everything for us. The most LOVELY lady. First, I have to say that we absolutely love our Kluft Monarch (with topper) mattress and could not be happier! Second, I want to thank Kay, Phil & Travis at Scottsdale Bedrooms. From the moment we stepped in the door, with three kids in tow, we were treated like family. Our children loved the toy box and my husband and were able to try out all the luxury brands. After a couple of visits thereafter (we wanted to be 100% certain of our choice as this is not a small purchase) we made the best decision for us and have slept wonderfully every night since it was delivered!
